Registration deadlines: 6th June (talk, poster presenters), 20th June (other participants):
Full NAM conference timetable:
We are very pleased to announce the release of the full conference timetable: https://nam2025.astro.durham.ac.uk/timetable/
We are finalising some of the timetable details and will keep updating it in the run up to NAM2025. But this provides you with the details and timings of the various talks in the sessions and all other events occurring during NAM2025. Apologies that the timetable is released later than planned, this was due to the late submission of some session schedules.
You may notice that there is no name listed against your talk in the overall schedule. This is easily fixed – please see the FAQ page for details on how to do this: https://nam2025.astro.durham.ac.uk/page/15-frequently-asked-questions-faqs
Registration deadlines:
Thanks to those participants who have registered, for other intended NAM participants, a reminder of the registration deadlines. If you are presenting at Durham (either a talk or a poster) please ensure that you register by 6th June while for all other participants the deadline is the 20th June. We need to set this earlier presenter deadline as there are many programme-related details that need to be sorted well in advance of the start of NAM.
In particular, for those presenting posters, we need to finalise poster numbers so we can confirm the size and orientation of posters presented at NAM and draw up the poster-layout plan in the building. If you have been offered a poster presentation and you intend to present a poster you will need to register by 6th June. Unfortunately, we have no means to facilitate online posters.
Kind regards, the LOC and SOC
