The next RHESSI Workshop (number XIII in the series) will be held in Windisch, Switzerland, from April 1-4, 2014. This workshop will consist of a blend of plenary sessions (at the beginning and end), with topical sessions in between. Topics include comparison of RHESSI hard X-ray images with microwave images from EOVSA, coronal HXR sources (including thick-target sources), analysis of RHESSI/Fermi gamma-ray data, chromospheric response to flare heating, differential emission measure analysis, scientific opportunities using small satellites, and global energetics of medium-sized flares.
Brief summaries of the scientific scope of these sessions can be found on the workshop website at http://sprg.ssl.berkeley.edu/~solarsdy/rhessi13/, and you are invited to submit pertinent contributions to one or more of these topical sessions. We also invite you to register so that we can have an accurate estimate of attendance; registration fees will be collected at the workshop itself. The details of the program will be constructed from the input we receive from the community, so please submit your contributions and help guide the scientific goals of the workshop!
I look forward to seeing you in Switzerland in the Spring.
