After a very successful three days session at the COSPAR 2014 General Assembly in Moscow we are pleased to announce a call for article submissions for publication in the Special Issue of Elsevier Journals of Advances in Space Research on the topics: ‘Energy Release and Particle Acceleration in Solar Flares and Coronal Mass Ejections’. The special issue Editors are Dr N. Vilmer (Paris Meudon Obervatory, France) and Dr V. Zharkova (Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK). The deadline for paper submission is 1 April 2015.
