Durham University requires a Research Associate to work on a computational project entitled “Photospheric driving of non-potential coronal magnetic field simulations”, funded by the US Air Force Office for Scientific Research. The project will develop a new photospheric driver to assimilate radial magnetic maps into magneto-frictional simulations of the Sun’s coronal magnetic field.
