If you would like to apply for the STFC Ernest Rutherford Fellowship to be hosted in the Centre for Geophysical and Astrophysical Fluid Dynamics (CGAFD) in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Exeter our internal sift of potential applicants is open with application deadline of 1st July 2024.

The Ernest Rutherford Fellowship scheme is intended for early career researchers who do not have a permanent academic position. The aim of the scheme is to support future scientific leaders to establish a strong, independent research program. Candidates interested in applying to be hosted by the CGAFD group should contact the selection panel Chair, Will Seviour (W.Seviour@exeter.ac.uk), who will provide you with the pro-forma templates for the internal sift, answer any informal questions or help facilitate interaction with other group members.
